Rules of the ZenArtLing technique

The practice ZenArtLing It follows simple but profound principles that guide the process and make it a meaningful experience:

1. Always with a pen or nib: Do NOT use pencil or eraser. Every stroke is part of your work, even if it seems like a mistake. This principle is part of VERY important of the acceptance and understanding of the processes we are implementing. There is no mistake, there is only the birth of a new perspective.

2.No judgment: There is no “good” or “bad” The important thing is the process, Not the result. Neither one's own drawing nor that of others is judged. We recognize that each form is a reflection of a personal truth, and that it is also in constant transformation. Even what we might judge as beautiful is ephemeral. Respect is in my gaze.

3. If you start, you finish: Don't leave one project unfinished before starting another. What we begin with a specific perspective and emotions transforms over time. finish the process. The person who paints and the person who views the artwork are not the same. Completing the work is key to releasing, expressing, and/or processing emotions. Even as more time passes, our perspective on the artwork continues to transform, and our perspective transforms us.

This doesn't mean you have to finish your work in one sitting; you can dedicate several sessions, as many as you need and want to it. Starting and finishing is part of a personal commitment and order, a internal agreement que lleva a completar los procesos internos que se están reflejando en lo que hacemos.

4. Fill in without empty spaces: Each area should be filled with smaller drawings, lines, or patterns. You can paint more or less open spaces, but DO NOT leave empty areas. A single dot can fill a space: We look at and validate each one.

TIPS:

-We suggest you keep a personal notebook for this purpose. Preferably with blank pages. Your sheet, canvas, or notebook is the Empty Space that will give rise to your Creative Universe.

Some pens, markers, or stencils can smudge your paper when you rest your hand while painting. Look for quick-drying materials for this purpose, or check the drying time to keep it in mind. This can be avoided by choosing the order in which you paint the inner parts. If this happens, incorporate these smudges as part of your creation.

Remember that these principles guide the meditation process in a certain way. However, you are the only one who can decide and define what you will create and the rules of your own Truth and Art. You can think of this as the rules of a game, allowing you to enter a context that makes it fun. However, it's not the only game that exists. We don't define it as any "should be"; it's an invitation and a way to inspire the use of practices and tools that work. Do you dare to play ZenArtLing?
