Hello! I am Paola Caballero Molina / Avinasha Ida. From the age of four, when I would sit on my father's lap to meditate with him, meditation has been at the heart of my life. At seven, I received my first initiation into mantra meditation, and ever since My path as a meditator and teacher me ha llevado a vivir la meditación no solo como una práctica, sino como un estilo de vida, integrándola de manera consciente en cada aspecto cotidiano con coherencia y profundidad.
I am a Consciousness Development Teacher and co-founder of the YoSoY Center, together with Swami Anand Utsav / Guillermo Vorrath. I have been sharing the teachings of [the] for over 20 years YoSoy, creating awareness development workshops for children and designing experiences of Feminine Alchemy and sacred sexuality. As a psychologist specializing in EMDR, I focus on helping heal trauma, anxiety disorders, and issues related to sexuality. In addition, I am a passionate painter and writerAlways seeking new forms of creative expression. Flamenco dancer and Haidong Gumdo black belt (yes, martial arts hold a special place in my heart).
How did this project come about?
It all started as a game: To transform meditation into paintings. Drawings in black ink where corrections are not allowed, where each stroke is built flowing in the present moment, without haste. Inspired by the principles of mandala painting, neurographic painting, and Zentangle painting, I developed a personal style, where each line finds its perfection in imperfection. Each design is born from a profound experience of connection, sometimes accompanied by poems that arise from that same inspiration.
One day, during meditation, the idea, name, and logo for “ZenArtLing” emerged. Inspired by the principles of Masaru Emoto's work and how water molecules respond to the vibrations of images and text, the idea arose to print these designs on t-shirts. Why not share these images in a simple yet powerful way? Something as everyday as a t-shirt can carry a message that inspires others and generates a positive impact. A garment can be a powerful message. Something “sharp and white” at the same time. Like a sword that defends life from its very essence.
My vision:
Every design I create has its own storyA truly inspiring moment. I don't want my truth to be yours; everyone has their own path and their own worldview. My intention is simple: share heartfelt images that resonate with you, that inspire you to connect with your essence and be a better version of yourself.
I hope these t-shirts are not just garments, but carriers of intention. small windows into your own essence. Each design is a reminder that Beauty and truth reside in the everyday.In simplicity, and in that which resonates with our soul. My greatest wish is that, by using them, you connect with that part of yourself that seeks to expand, inspire you, and shine authentically in your own truth.
